Visual Research Projects

Visual Research 1 (ARTS-3003) and Visual Research 2 (ARTS-3009) Projects begin with small-scale studies from observation of the natural and built environment, as well as objects in museum collections. Students then develop their ideas, either independently or collaboratively, while following structured guidelines to arrive at artwork that is usually larger in scale and may involve group collaboration.
